Its almost 6 km from Sadiq and 12 kms from Faridkot.<\/p><p>The college boasts of a high-class infra structure, for both academic and sports. A fully furnished and well-equipped building, spacious sports arenas, and a peaceful environment, all contribute to the growth of a sound academic ambience in the campus. State of the art classrooms, laboratories for the various disciplines and a huge knowledge bank in the form of rich Library resources make PDC stand out from the rest. PDC has a distinctive profile-rural in ambience but modern in its approach. Nature has blessed the college with lush green surroundings and a totally unpolluted environment.<\/p><p>To add to this, provisions have been carefully and prudently provided to garner and promote young talent in Athletics, Hockey, Volleyball, Lawn Tennis, Badminton, Football, Kho-Kho, Tug of War, Wrestling and Kabaddi. To nature and sharpen artistic, aesthetic, and social service-oriented inclinations amongst the students, organizations such as NSS, NCC, Red Ribbon Club (the youth welfare Services of Punjab), Youth Festivals of University, Guru Gobind Singh Study circle, Punjabi Sahit Sabha, personality development programs, career cum guidance cell, NDA and other entrance test preparations etc. are active in the college.
