Library holds rich collection of printed as well as electronic resources like books, journals, databases, audio- visual materials and e- journals in various disciplines of medical sciences.<\/p><p>Library is adequately furnished and provides air conditioned reading space for students and staff. Spread over an area of \u2026\u2026\u2026. square meters, it provides a spacious reading hall for students along with separate reading section for faculty.<\/p><p>The Library houses all important reference sources like encyclopedias, dictionaries, handbooks, manuals, statistics and yearbooks. The collection ranges from general to subject specific sources. All the reference sources are stacked in separate section. The Library conducts library orientation sessions for all in the beginning of the academic year whichfamiliarizes the students with library facilities and services and rules regarding issue books.<\/p><p>All issues\/returns can be made at library counter from<strong> 09.00 AM to 05.00 PM (Monday- Friday)<\/strong> and <strong>09.00 AM to 02.00 PM on Saturday<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3555d29 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"3555d29\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d1d6d34 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d1d6d34\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h5 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE LIBRARY <\/h5>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-65908df elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"65908df\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li>User should maintain absolute silence in the Library.<\/li><li>They have to return the book on or before the due date specified.<\/li><li>If they fail to return the book before the due date they have pay a fine of Rs.100\/- per books per day.<\/li><li>Books are to be returned to the Library whenever called for, ever short notice. Reference books, back issues of periodicals etc. are not issued.<\/li><li>Users are requested to return the book in good\/Proper condition.<\/li><li>Users are asked o handle the book carefully and not to make pencil or pen marking in any part of the book\/document failing which the management has the option to insist on replacement of new book at the cost of borrower.<\/li><li>If the users losers her borrowers, card she will be held responsible for the books borrowed on the card. Duplicate card will be issued only on payment of Rs.100\/- after a lapse of 15 days.<\/li><li>User is requested not to bring any bag\/books to the library. If they bring they must keep their belonging at user counter\/near entrance.<\/li><li>User should bring their borrower\u2019s card without which books will not be issued.<\/li><li>Without information the Liberation if users keep the book for more than 15 days.<\/li><li>They will loose the privilege of membership.<\/li><li>If the borrower losses any book she has to replace the book or pay double the cost of book.<\/li><li>A separate register is kept for advance booking \/Reservation the users should write their names department date &amp; time for the particular books in the prescribed register.<\/li><li>The borrower should not detach any pages of figures from the books .Those who have borrower last will be held responsible for any such damages that necessitate The replacement of the books.
